Delivery times can vary slightly based on your location. Below are estimated transit times for USA domestic shipping. Please note that transit time does not include packaging time, which typically takes 1-3 business days, since all of our products are made to order, packaged, labeled, and shipped from our shop in Boone, North Carolina.

Returns & Refunds
While we hope you have an awesome experience with Tsuga gear, your happiness matters a whole lot more to us. If you purchased a product directly from our website and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it damage-free within 30 days and we’ll issue a full refund for the product. Please return your product in secure packaging with proof of purchase and contact information.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will notify you and initiate an automatic refund to your original method of payment. If your item does not qualify for a refund, we will provide you with information explaining why it is not eligible.
Exchanges
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
